Active workplace culture

Short active breaks that fit into a real working day.

We design and run light movement breaks for companies in Sweden, so teams can step away from the desk for a few minutes, reset, and return to focused work.

What we focus on

Four pillars behind every session we deliver.

Our facilitators build short, repeatable routines that respect office space, dress code, and the rhythm of meetings.

Light movement

Gentle mobility cues that suit shoes, skirts and shirts without a change of clothes.

Team rhythm

Group formats that match the size of an open-plan floor or a meeting room.

Schedule fit

Sessions slot between calls and stand-ups, never overlapping deep work hours.

Measured outcomes

Simple participation reports for HR teams who want to follow engagement over months.

How it works

A clear path from first call to a regular weekly routine.

Discovery call

We map the office layout, typical week and team size with a contact from HR or operations.

Pilot week

A facilitator runs three short sessions on site to test formats and gather quick feedback.

Program design

We propose a quarterly schedule with two or three weekly slots and seasonal variations.

Ongoing delivery

Regular visits, optional online sessions for remote colleagues, and a monthly summary.

“The team now expects the Tuesday and Thursday breaks. They’re short, friendly and people actually look forward to them.”

Questions companies ask

Useful answers before you book a discovery call.

Do colleagues need to change clothes?

No. Sessions are designed around standing, light reaching and slow mobility, all done at the desk or in a clear meeting room.

How long does a single session last?

Between seven and twelve minutes. Longer formats are available for off-site days or all-staff events.

Can remote colleagues join?

Yes. Each on-site session can be mirrored to a video call so distributed teams take part at the same time.

Is there a minimum contract length?

We start with a four-week pilot. After that, most companies move to a quarterly schedule.
